Thane, India - On April 28, 2023, the Maruti Suzuki Arena showroom at Thane successfully hosted an event to promote the World Day for Safety and Health at Work. The event was aimed at raising awareness about the importance of making workplaces safe and healthy for everyone.

The theme of the event was "Making Your Workplace Safe and Healthy for Everyone," and it featured expert speakers, interactive activities, and informative displays. Attendees learned about the latest safety and health practices and technologies and how they can be implemented in their workplaces.

According to the International Labour Organization (ILO), every year, there are approximately 2.78 million work-related deaths and 374 million non-fatal work-related injuries and illnesses worldwide. These statistics highlight the importance of promoting safe and healthy workplaces.
